Another day off, another road trip, and therefore another blog! While we were in Salerno, we saw pictures of ancient remains just south of the city and we knew that Paestum would be our next excursion. Little is known about this place, but it was built by Greek colonists (which you can tell by the likeness to Greek remains), a very long time ago, about 7th century BC. It really was a sight to see and a beautiful day, lots of pictures hope you enjoy!
Temple of Athena
Mid-Yawn (of course Drake captured this moment)
Post Yawn
The ruins of the city of Paestum. Kind of reminded us of the ruins in Pompeii. Temple of Neptune in the background. Drake is hiding somewhere in the picture.
Who says white girls can't jump?

The mediteranean is only half a mile away. Got creative with photo shop.
As we were leaving the beach we were both floored by the sight we saw. I didn't intend on photographing myself, but this way it is only G- rated. There was a little girl, probably about 5 or 6 years old, who had to go to the bathroom, so her Dad just held her up while she relieved herself, right on the road. Her mom was right there to wipe her. Pretty funny.
Okay miss everyone, ciao!

Hey! Post more fashion don'ts. I like to see the crazy Italian ladies. And the "Where's Drake." You could make it a weekly challenge ,"Find Drake in this photo." It took me a while. Hope to see more posts soon! You aren't quite up to pace with my Idaho girlfriends - some post three times a week, no joke. Keep the exciting posts - hairballs, girl peeing, etc. - coming!
