Drew and Kel Trip

Drew and Kelly left yesterday, we had a such a great time, I still can't get over how fast it went. Here are all sorts of shots from their trip.

I picked them up on Sunday, Drake was playing a game up north in Cremona. I played tour guide that day in Rome. They were such troopers, don't know if I could walk all around Rome right after landing from the US.

The next day was a beach day and a day off. Great weather in Giulianova.

Stopped at a market for dinner on the way home.

The next morning we woke up and took took a stroll through the center of Teramo.

Then headed up to our favorite picnic spot in the mountains.

That night we had dinner at Roberto's and then headed to Pescara for some bowling, fooseball, and target practice.
We had such a great time at the beach the first day we decided to try again. After sitting on the beach for no more than 5 minutes we decided to get another plan. As you can see behind us it was so windy, kind of misty from blowing sand.

The next day we headed to Civitella del Tronto. Kelly and I had a riding bull contest.

That night we went with our gang to the Argentinian Restauraunt in town. Fantastic food.

And followed dinner with a game of hearts

We had such great neighboors in the Hoovers this year. Really going to miss them.

Drake and I started a tradition of going to the same place for aperitivo every night before a home game.
