As you can remember I got to make the trip to Berlin to see our boys make their debut in Eurocup. It was a very quick and busy trip, and I was so glad I got to go with Brenna and her adorable one year old. Got to practice having a one year old with me at all times:) I loved what we saw of Germany, and would love to go back with more time on my hands. Here are some pictures from our trip.

Brenna and Lydia on the bus ride to Rome

We were on a bus with fellow fans of Teramo that went on the trip. Mostly it was the society of the team and some press people. This is our president thanking everyone for their support, he is a great guy.

I love Lydia

When we got to Berlin the boys went there own way and we went to our Hotel. We were told to meet in the lobby in an hour for dinner... at least that is what we thought we were told. Language barriers left us a little confused. We left the hotel thinking we were going to a restauraunt close by but ended up walking the streets of Berlin for about 2 hours. Mind you it was about 8:30 at night when we left the hotel and I would guess about 40 degrees with slight mist/ rain. Poor Brenna was not dressed appropriately but she was such a tough cookie, I would have been complaining my a#* off, but she didn't say a word. Every italian kept coming up to her and asking why she didn't have a coat, or if she was cold. I kind of just went off on a tangent, but this picture is of a bratwurst/sausage stand they had throughout the city.

The president treated everyone to a snack :) Again, Brenna and I thought we were walking to dinner, so we didn't get one thinking we would ruin our appetites. Little did we know we would be walking for 2 hours. Need to learn italian!

We walked into a Christmas market. So much fun!

Some Berlin landmarks. Right behind this is the Reichstag. It used to be Hitlers headquarters during World War II. Now the top of it is an glass dome, meant to signify the open communication the German government has with its people.

Finally dinner
